With more than 25 years of experience spanning architecture, construction, and development, Nik Sernande founded Monark Construction Group to deliver what the industry too often fails to provide: a truly owner-first approach to project delivery.
Nik's career has taken him across project types—mixed-use, education, commercial, custom residential, and institutional—in both local and international markets. This breadth of experience gives him a rare ability to see projects from every angle: the architect's vision, the builder's reality, and the owner's bottom line.
He leads Monark with a disciplined, no-excuses delivery philosophy. His focus is on building systems that give owners genuine control, reporting that tells the truth, and teams that solve problems before they become crises.
